Can I bring pets?

Dogs or other animals are not usually admitted in our accommodation structures. Please enquire at your nearest branch.

Where do I pick up the keys for the flat I have rented?

The keys for the flats can be picked up from Villaggio Pini - in Viale dei Gabbiani 21. Tel. +39.0421.299061

Is the booking cancellation free?

You will be able to cancel your reservation for free anytime up to 14 days before the check-in; your deposit twill be kept for a future reservation. Only in case of cancellation after the 14th day prior your arrival your deposit will be withhold.

Can I use the swimming-pool? What are the adopted safety measures?

Of course, the swimming-pools, the restrooms and the showers will be frequently cleaned and sanitized with the products recommended by the sanitary institution. In all our pools you will find alcoholic hands sanitizing gel and sprays for the sunbeds, furthermore each umbrella will be placed at a safety distance of 1,5 meter from the others.

How many people can stay in the flat?

The number of people who stay in each flat must not exceed the number of beds. In this sense, children and babies are considered as adults.

How can I pay for my stay?

The provision on traceability is currently in force, which limits payments in cash to a maximum of € 4.999.99. Therefore, any payments exceeding this amount must be made ONLY using traceable instruments, such as bank transfer, debit or credit cards, or cheques issued by a bank or post office, cashier’s cheque or travel cheques.
