{"id":2842366,"date":"2020-09-28T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-28T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lampo.it\/?p=2842366"},"modified":"2025-10-30T08:56:46","modified_gmt":"2025-10-30T08:56:46","slug":"where-to-park-in-caorle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lampo.it\/en\/adriatic-coast\/where-to-park-in-caorle\/","title":{"rendered":"Where to park in Caorle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It isn\u2019t always easy to find somewhere to park your car in the summer in popular beach resorts like Caorle, especially in high season and at the weekend, so we\u2019ve put together some <strong>suggestions<\/strong> for you.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Find out where to park in Caorle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Paid parking in unsupervised car parks or blue lines <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Parking in Caorle\u2019s old town centre is nearly always subject to payment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the summer\u00a0(01\/05 to 30\/09) it costs \u20ac1.50 an hour from 9:00 am until 12 midnight<\/li>\n<li>In the winter\u00a0(01\/10 to 30\/04) it costs \u20ac1.50 an hour from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In Via Traghete and Via Aldo Moro <\/strong>you can park for free from Monday to Thursday all year round. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, it costs \u20ac1.50 an hour from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm.<\/p>\n<p>As well as being very handy when you\u2019re going to <strong>Levante Beach<\/strong>, it\u2019s also near the bus station, Acquafollie water park, the weekly Saturday market and the fairground. <br \/>In addition, it only takes a few minutes to walk to <strong>Caorle old town centre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you want to park even closer to the market, go to<strong> \u201c<\/strong><strong>Parcheggio Piazza Mercato<\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong>. In the summer (01\/05 to\u00a030\/09) it is open from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm and it costs \u20ac0.50 an hour.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Another option for parking in Caorle is in the bays marked with blue lines, which are only subject to payment in the summer (01\/05 to 30\/09). It costs \u20ac1.50 an hour from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. It is free in the winter (01\/10 to 30\/04).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paid parking with video surveillance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you feel safer leaving your vehicle in a location with video surveillance, below you can find details of car parks of this kind in the town.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>multi-storey car park on <\/strong><strong>Viale dei Tropici<\/strong>, near the Orologio marina, is a short walk not only from <strong>Ponente beach <\/strong>but also from <strong>Viale Santa<\/strong> <strong>Margherita<\/strong>: a vibrant street in Caorle town centre that\u2019s home to a host of services, shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. <strong><br \/><\/strong>Parking costs \u20ac1.50 an hour in the summer months (01\/05 to 30\/09) and \u20ac0.50 in the winter (01\/10 to 30\/04). Alternatively, you can pay \u20ac10.00 for a full day\u2019s parking in the summer and \u20ac5.00 in the winter.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019d like information about the resort and ideas for holiday activities, leave your vehicle at the <strong>\u201cA. Bafile\u201d Culture Centre Car Park<\/strong>. The entrance is on Via delle Cape and it is <strong>very near the tourism promotion board, the tourist information centre <\/strong>and the historic Rio Terr\u00e0 area.<\/p>\n<p>In the summer (01\/05 to 30\/09), parking costs \u20ac2.50 an hour from 8:00 am to 12 midnight. It is free from 12\u00a0midnight until 8:00 am.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Finally, there is the<strong> \u201c<\/strong><strong>Parcheggio Municipio<\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong> underground car park. The entrance is on <strong>Via Roma, near the bell tower and the cathedral<\/strong>. It is a great starting point for a spellbinding stroll through the heart of Caorle. Top it off with some delicious ice cream and a walk alongside the <strong>legendary \u201cliving rocks\u201d<\/strong> (link alla pagina della scogliera) that have been carved by internationally renowned artists. Alternatively, park there and go down to Sacheta beach next to the <strong>Sanctuary of the <\/strong><strong>Madonna dell\u2019Angelo<\/strong> to enjoy the stunning sunset with your feet in the sand.<\/p>\n<p>Parking costs \u20ac2.50 an hour in the summer (01\/05 to 30\/09) and it is free from 12 midnight to 8:00 am.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019d like to take a more environmentally friendly approach and leave your car outside Caorle, you can use the park and ride service that was launched a number of years ago to reduce the traffic in the town centre.
