Prices and payment conditions

Dear Guest, on this page you will find some important informationabout the rent prices, conditions and payments.

PRICES

The prices you find at the entry Price Listare the weekly rent prices in Euro.
You can look for the prices per seaside resort, per residence (1/2/3/4… rooms) and per period.

On the same page you can look at the special offers of each agency clicking on “Offers”.When booking an apartment, you can see that the rent prices – as well as possible special offers – are automatically calculated.

To these prices you have to add only the extra charges. Before booking please check the obligatory and the optional extra charges of the agency concerned, clicking on Extra charges per agency (Bibione,Caorle,Porto Santa Margherita,Lido di Altanea,Jesolo).

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The total rent price is normally paid in two stages:

– the 30% of the rent amount for the confirmation of the booking
– the settement 70% besides the obligatory and optional extra charges, on arrival.

The payment of the account can be made:

– by cash at one of our Agencies
– by postal order or covered cheque by mail
– by credit cards (visa, mastercard) at one of our Agencies
– by telecom-payment on-line over this website
– by bank transfer for Lampo Agency to the bank BANCA INTESA SAN PAOLO (see the different bank connections below)

– by cash until € 4.999,99. For payments from € 5.000,00 use cheques and credit cards.

– by covered cash

– by telecom-payment on-line over this website with credit card (Visa or Master Card) easily from home before your arrival.
