On this page you will find some important information regarding the prices charged and the conditions and payment systems accepted.
Prices
Our prices displayed in the Listings section indicate weekly rents expressed in Euros.
Prices are searchable by location and inside are displayed by condominium with a breakdown of type (1/2/3/4… rooms) and by seasonal period.
On the same page you will be able to view the special offers for each branch by clicking on the Offers by Branch button. The rental rates displayed in the search and booking process are already automatically calculated for the vacation period you requested, and any appropriate special offers are already applied.
Additional expenses must be added to the rent for the rented property unit. Before booking, check what are the mandatory and optional additional expenses provided for that branch by clicking on the Extra Costs by Branch button (Bibione, Caorle, Porto Santa Margherita, Lido di Altanea, Jesolo).
Payment systems
Normally the total price of the lease, is paid in two stages:
– 30% of the rental fee at the time of booking
– the remaining 70% added together with additional mandatory and optional expenses, upon arrival.
Deposit payment can be made:
– By deposit at one of our branches in cash
– By sending money order or check with guaranteed cover by mail
– via credit cards (visa, mastercard) or POS at one of our branches
– via online electronic payment on this site
