The building “Villa Rita” is located in the central area af Jesolo, between piazza Mazzini and piazza Aurora, about 300 meters far from the sea. The building has a lift and a private parking place (one for each apartament). Apartments, equipped with air conditioning, ahve two small terraces. The beach place, one for per apartment, is mandatory, for a fee, not included in the price (the position of the sunumbrella does not depend on the Agency Lampo). Only for families.
