Check-in Questions

What do I have to do before my arrival at Agenzia Lampo?

To speed up the check-in procedures at the agency, we recommend that you:

Complete the online form with the details of your travel companions
Pay the amount due by accessing the website www.lampo.it in the ‘Profile and bookings’ area.

This will reduce your time at the agency to just checking the identity documents of all occupants and handing over the keys.

Where will I pick up my apartment’s key?

The keys pick up always takes place at the branch’s address you made the reservation with between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm of the check-in date.

Before depart, check the right address and the phone number in your booking confirmation letter.

Which documents do I need for the check-in?

At the check-in, remember to keep at hand:

The booking confirmation letter
The documents of all occupants
– the tax code of the holder (ONLY for Italian guests).

The registration of documents in our system is formality required by the law. To speed up the procedures, we strongly recommend that you fill in these data directly online on our site.

Remember that a caution of € 100.00 (for groups of young people € 50.00 per person) is required upon arrival. It will be returned at the end of your stay after having checked the accommodation.

The deposit can be paid in cash or by leaving the credit card details as a guarantee. (no amount will be taken from your credit card if everything is in order).

On the arrival day, at what time shall I pick up the keys?

The apartment will be clean and ready for you from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm of the check in date, since we need some time to clean and control the flats after the former tourists’ departure.

However, on request, if your apartment is already free and clean, we will be able to hand the keys over in advance.

If I get there after the office closing time, where can I pick up the keys?

In case of belated arrival, you can pick up the keys of the apartment in the safety boxes outside the office and we will send you the code beforehand, just advice us whether you are running late via mail or phone.

In Lido Altanea you can pick up the keys from the surveillance office located at the entrance of the city.

How can I pay for my stay?

At the time of booking you will have to pay the 30% deposit (with a minimum of € 100) by paying in:

Cash, credit card or POS at one of our branches;
By sending a check or bank transfer;
By credit card online on our website www.lampo.it.

With the same methods listed above you can also pay the balance.

The traceability legislation limits cash payments up to € 4.999.99. For this reason, payments exceeding this amount must be made ONLY with traceable methods such as bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, bank checks, postal checks, circulars.

Con gli stessi mezzi qui sopra elencati puoi effettuare anche il pagamento del saldo.

La normativa sulla tracciabilità limita i pagamenti in contanti fino a € 4.999,99. Per questo i pagamenti superiori a tale cifra dovranno avvenire SOLO con strumenti tracciabili quali bonifico, bancomat, carte di credito, assegni bancari, postali, circolari.

Are there any extra costs to be paid at the check-in?

There may be additional costs to the total rent, generally, they are:

The beach cost
The tourist tax, which however varies from place to place.

At customer’s request, other costs can be added such as the rental of sheets, beds, cots or others.

Remember that at the check-in a caution of 100,00€ is required (for groups of young people € 50.00 per person).

Check-out Questions

Up to what time shall I leave the apartment at checkout?

On the departure date, the apartments shall be vacated by 10.00 am, to allow us to clean and ensure the entry of new tenants.

To avoid delays and inconvenience in the organization, the agency reserves the right to charge a fee for any delayed departures (after 10.00).

In which conditions do I have to leave the apartment on the day of departure?

The apartment shall be left clean and tidy with washed bathroom and floors. As well as free from garbage, bottles and boxes.All the furniture and the internal shelves must be cleaned, the dishes washed and the refrigerator emptied and defrosted and left with the door open. Otherwise the cleaning costs will be charged, depending on the degree of decay and dirt left.

Cleaning costs are included in the price for “Summertime Family Resort” in Bibione and “Pini Village” in Lido Altanea.

In case you detect an inadequate level of cleanliness upon arrival in the apartment, you must notify it to the agency within the same day of arrival (or by the morning of the following day for arrivals after 19.00), in order to allow us the rearrangement of the facility.

How do I get the deposit back?

Before the return of the deposit, our staff is authorized to carry out random inspections to verify the cleanliness and tightness of the units rented.

In the event of untidiness or uncleaness or damage to the property or its furniture, the deposit will be withdrawn. In case of major damage, you will be charged with the due amount on top of it.

What do I do if I have to depart earlier than checkout date?

In case of early departure or after hours, please notify it us the day before. The keys must be returned to the staff in charge in the office or in the appropriate external box for late.

In the latter case, the caution, if paid in cash, will be sent you by bank transfer at a cost of € 5.00 only upon return of the original “deposit coupon”. For those who have chosen to leave the credit card details as a guarantee, the deposit will be withdrawn ONLY in case of damage or insufficient cleaning.

N.B.: In the event of anticipated departure, there is not refund of the already paid amount.

How can I book my holiday with the voucher issued by Agenzia Lampo?

If you have a voucher of Agenzia Lampo and you wish to book, you have to contact directly the branch of your wished destination by mail or phone. Our staff is at your disposal to make your reservation according to your wishes and our availability.

It is not possible to make a reservation directly online on the www.lampo.it website using a Lampo voucher.

N.B.: The voucher can be transferred to family or friends but it has to be used for one unique reservation.

I’ve already booked my vacation, can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation

In case of serious and unforeseen reasons, if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before arrival and via written notice, the deposit paid will not be lost. The deposit can be used for a reservation in our facilities during the current season or the following season.

In case of cancellation from the 14th day onwards, the deposit will be lost.

In case of NO SHOW, the deposit will be lost and you will be charged for the total amount of the reservation.

How is the appartment equipped?

The apartments are equipped with:

Dishes
Kitchen utensils
A pillow and a blanket for each bed.

Linen, household and personal hygiene products are not included. On request, you can rent sheets and pillowcases at our offices.

Only for “Summertime Family Resort” and “Pini Village” sheets, pillowcases, towels and courtesy kit with kitchen and bathroom detergents, sponge, tea towel and a roll of toilet paper are included in the price.

If crockery or other kitchen equipment is missing, please contact our offices immediately or latest the following day.

Is the parking space included in the reservation?

Whenever clearly stated in the description of the flat’s services, each apartment has just one dedicated parking space of standard dimension.

We recommend you to respect the parking’s numbering using only your dedicated parking space assigned by the agency and to expose the parking coupon (if delivered) in the dashboard of your car.

Are the interiors’ images I see on the website or in the catalogue specifically of the apartment I booked?

The interiors’ images on the website and in the catalogue have to be considered only as indicative of the apartments and furnishings. Please contact our offices to get specific information about your apartment’s interiors.

How many people can the apartment accommodate?

The apartments can accommodate a number maximum of people up to the one indicated on the description. In this case, in the counting, children and new-borns have to be considered as adults.

Can I bring with me my pets?

Animals of medium or small size (max 10 kg) are allowed in some of our structures.

Use the dedicated filter on the left of our website to search for apartments that accept pets.

At booking time please communicate the animal presence to the staff and an extra 50,00 € will be charged to the reservation.

We remind you to bring with you the vaccinations’ booklet. In order not to disturb the other guests, the animal’s behaviour must be managed by its owner. The use of the leash when not in the flat and the collection of manure are also mandatory.

Is it allowed to smoke in the apartments?

In respect of all the tenants, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside the accommodations.

If I have some problems or special needs with whom can I talk to?

At check in you will receive some informative material such as for the use of the boiler, the air conditioner, the wastes recycling, useful numbers, etc . Moreover, our staff is at your disposal for any need or information during the opening hours.

Do not hesitate to contact us, to promptly resolve your problems and thus avoid complaints upon departure. For major health emergencies, call 112 immediately.

Do you carry out treatments against mosquitos in your destinations?

In our destinations, disinfestation interventions by authorised companies are carried out, always respecting nature.

In addition, our employees carry out mowing, cleaning and pruning of the green areas, operating discreetly and as quietly as possible. We kindly ask you not to hinder their work and to have some understanding.

Can I modify the already confirmed reservation?

Yes, you will be charged a change fee of € 56.00

What is the minimum stay?

Usually, the reservations have a minimum stay of 7 days with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. However, during low season’s periods (April, May and partly June and September) it is possible to have a 3 days minimum stay with weekly arrivals and departures.

For long period stays of more than three weeks contact us directly to get a tailored offer.

What do I do if I do not get the confirmation letter after the payment of the deposit of my online reservation?

First thing check your inbox and the Spam.

Otherwise, enter our website using your credentials (mail + password) from there, you can download the confirmation letter. Remember that you cannot download the letter if you have not entered your home address and tax code (just for Italians) previously.

Is it possible to book the beach place?

In almost every beach it is possible to book your beach place. We suggest you to contact our office of reference to obtain the precise indication for each destination.

For Bibione a beach place is always already included in the reservation.

How does the Venice's New Entry Fee work?

In order to promote sustainable and conscious tourism as well as the adoption of good practices in tourism, the City Administration has provided for the determination of the entry fee to the Old City of the Municipality of Venice and other smaller islands of the lagoon. (Lido di Venezia compreso Alberoni e Malamocco, Pellestrina, Murano, Burano, Torcello, Sant‘Erasmo, Mazzorbo, Mazzorbetto, Vignole, S. Andrea, La certosa, S. Servolo, S. Clemente, Poveglia, Sacca Sessola).

Those who plan to visit the Old City of Venice without staying overnight, must book their visit on the specific computer application and, except for the conditions of exclusion and exemption provided by the Regulations, make the relevant payment of the fee

€ 5.00 per person for those who pay the contribution by the fourth-to-last day before the access date.
€ 10.00 per person for those who pay the contribution after the fourth-to-last day before the access date.

Bookings are made by entering the visitor’s first name and last name in the form at http://cda.ve.it or in the dedicated app. Once you have registered, you will be able to choose whether to download the voucher with QR-code and booking code or receive an email to the email address of the person who made the booking.

For 2025, booking and payment of the entry fee will apply from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following days:

Children under 14 years are not required to pay and do not need to place a reservation for access. They have to prove their age with a valid identity document.

Residents in Veneto region are exempt, but booking is still mandatory.
